Customers, who wish to return or exchange a product may do so within 30 days. The product must be in the same condition and packaging you received it in. If you want to exchange for a different size, colour or style just put it in an envelope with the appropriate postage and we will send you your new slippers. For a return, just send the slippers back to us if the above conditions are met, we will issue your refund, (a $5.00 re stocking fee will be deducted from your return for refunds only). The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fees to return the product to Big Star Sandy Shoes. There are no returns on customized orders. If the construction of the product is faulty we will replace them at no cost to you. Please contact customer service at 1-888-985-7463 or bigstarmail@bigstarco.com to arrange for the replacement.
The amount of tax charged depends on many factors, including the destination/address of the shipment and the type of item(s) purchased.
All items shipped to destinations in Canada are subject to Canadian Goods and Services Tax ("GST") and all other applicable taxes, such as HST where applicable.
Orders sent to addresses outside Canada are not subject to Canadian taxes, but they may be subject to customs charges.
